1- Sleep:
Too little, too much, or irregular sleep patterns can trigger migraines. Determine the right amount of sleep and the best times to go to bed and wake up. Try to maintain a regular sleep pattern and create a comfortable sleep environment. Exposure to natural light during the day and sufficient darkness at night can help your brain adjust your internal clock and release enough sleep hormones at the right time.
2- Exercise:
Regular exercise can reduce the frequency of migraine attacks. Walking, jogging, swimming, and cycling are ideal. Stay hydrated and ensure you're not overly tired before starting your exercise, as fatigue can trigger a migraine.
3- Eat healthy and regularly:
Foods, drinks, and eating habits are linked with migraines. Sometimes, the trigger isn't the food itself but its additives.
The brain needs a constant source of energy to function. Not eating enough, skipping meals, eating an unhealthy diet, or exercising without eating can all lead to low energy levels and migraines.
